Karen is a great realtor and friend. I recently had a farm that had been left to me after my late husband died from a long bout with cancer. I listed it with another realtor and it only showed 2 times in 3 months. After that contract expired I enlisted Karen to sell it for me. She listed it the 2nd week of June and had an open house. After the open house and her listing I had 2 offers.
