Karen has been the biggest help with buying our first home and now selling it. We are currently out of state so Karen has been doing so much work for us to get the house ready to sell. I don't know what we would do without her and I now consider her a friend. When we were buying our first home she was very honest about each place and that really helped us to pick out the perfect one, she didn't try to just sell us a house, she was helping us find a home. I would highly recommend using Karen!
