We had quite a few issues preparing the house for sale (fencing around property, new septic, new sod/grass which arrived ~dead due to the droughts at the time), but Karen remained professional and patient and was willing to compromise and work with us on several parts of the process. She was always quick and professional in her responses and was willing to help and go the extra mile to help and provided not only helpful advice but knew great people to help with cleaning, repairs, etc. overall would recommend.
