The sale of our house was fairly brutal. There were multiple setbacks that moved us into a lower demand market. We had multiple buyers come into the picture at different times and we had a hard time deadline that made us exceptionally demanding sellers. Through it all, Karen was patient with us and determined, using every tool in the toolbox to help us find a good match for our house and eventually sell the house ahead of the deadline.
Karen sold 2 houses for us and helped us buy another. 1. The first sale was for significantly more than I expected. I wanted to accept a lower offer but she pushed for and got significantly more. 2. Then, we bought a house from a builder and she represented us. She held the builder accountable and ensured that their commitments were honored. We were out of town buyers so she sent us pictures and videos of the construction progress. 3. Karen helped us sell the #2 house above just at the right time in 2022, just before the prices started declining. I wanted to wait but she advised against it and was also able to negotiate a lease back for 5 months which fit our time table perfectly. She got us top dollar, an identical model down the street sold for ~$100K less just 3 months after our house sold. Karen's photographer and her associate (Cameo) are both at the top of their fields and helped sell the house quickly. Finally, we have bought a new house in another state. Karen's solicited but unpaid advice saved us exactly $50,000 with a builder. Besides being a true professional, she also cares about the financial well-being of her clients...even after the sale is completed. I 100% recommend her for any real estate needs!

Excellent experience with Karen selling our house. She took care of many thing that would have been very difficult for me to do as we did not live in the house full time. Some problems came up caused by the house inspection and Karen was able to solve the issues and keep the house sale on schedule. Also there was a break in during the sale and her assistant Cameo along with Karen were able to clean the house from trash and a damaged door caused by the break in. Again Karen was excellent and I would highly recommend her to anyone selling a home in the Antelope Valley.
