I can not say enough good things about Karen. When we first moved to the Delmar, NY area, we couldn't even get scheduled to see property because the market was so hot 2016/2017. Once we hired Karen, she was able to get us what we wanted and where we needed to be. Recently (11/2020) we needed to sell that same property since we left the area, we had no doubt that we would contact Karen to sell this property for us. Sure enough, within a day, we had a contract and then closed with that same buyer. I only hope my future realtors are as respectful, caring, and assertive as Karen.

We met Karen through Zillow when we were pressed for time to find a house. She immediately impressed us with her professionalism and how accessible she was to answer questions and get us in to see houses. Karen is very straight forward and extremely knowledgeable about the whole process and the capital region.
