I chose Karen Gaul as my agent because Karen is a class act. She knows her stuff, is responsive and always keeps clients in the loop. She was spot on with valuation of our property and we sold it for much more than we anticipated before consulting her. She was hardworking, smart and very compassionate as we dealt with the loss of our mom and clearing out the estate. Would highly recommend. 5 stars
