With a house of near hoarder level, my mother's health declining, my own disabilities, and money troubles, my mother and I were in a very poor position. But Karen swooped in and almost immediately found investors to buy the house. Investors who would work with us in any way possible. She set everything up, she got us over 11k over the asking price, she saved us. I don't see how anything could have gone better, so that must make her the best of the best of the best!
