Karen is a wonderful realtor! Karen knows this area (Long Beach) so well, I knew we could trust her to give us solid advice on buying a condo. She reviewed the condo that we had found and pronounced it wonderful! She helped us with the bidding process, our offer was accepted, and we went into escrow. There were a few small bumps along the way, but Karen always kept us informed in a professional manner.
