With limited inventory Karen delivered on a house in the desired area with the characteristics we wanted. Upon closing she warned my family and I that she would not be going away anytime soon. This is where she really shined and I learned to take Karen at her word. She kept in contact and went above and beyond to help my family settle into our new surroundings.
