Karen is by far the best realtor we have ever used. My wife and I recently moved to Florida and rented an apartment while we searched for the house. One of our new friends recommended we reach out to her. This friend bought a house earlier this year and had a great experience. She was prompt in all responses and has tons of knowledge. Not just about the market and the neighborhoods, but about everything! When it came down to putting in an offer, she fought for us.
