Karen was amazing as a Realtor. This was the first home that we ever bought and we didn't have a great idea what we were looking for. She was willing to take us to multiple houses (in the heart of the lockdown) and we were able to start narrowing down what really mattered to us. She never lost patience with us as we put down an offer and took it off the table after discovering water damage. When we finally found the home that we really loved, she made sure that we saw it right away and helped us win the bid without coming in with the highest amount. Her expertise didn't stop there. Karen did a fantastic job helping us get our house ready to sell! A little bit of staging - with some decor items she provided, fantastic professional pictures, great flyers and brochures and so much more! She always answered the phone or texts - anytime of the day! She did a great job listing the house as "Coming Soon!" This generated a ton of interest (and even a sight unseen offer!) before the listing went live. We had approximately 17 showings and 8 offers in the first 24 hours! Karen did a great job helpins us sort through and manage all of those offers. We ended up selling at about 10% over asking price; we paid NO buyer's closing costs and Karne helped negotiate that we could stay in the old house fopr two weeks after closing!
