Prior to listing with Karen Everett, we had listed with another realtor (at a much higher price that the other realtor had recommended) and did not get much activity. When we listed with Karen, she did some excellent marketing on our house. She put up several signs showing the property lines, boat launch, and acreage. As soon as the covid restrictions were loosened up, we had 3 good offers in the span of about 36 hours. Karen helped us through the closing process and we greatly appreciate the job she did.
