Karen is who you want representing you when buying a home. She was excellent in helping us navigate the Seattle market and negotiating on our behalf in competitive, multi-offer situations. Highlights: 1) Incredibly patient. We took nine months to find the right home and in that time saw over 30+ with Karen. She was always eager to accompany us to a place and never complained about how long we were taking to find the right place. 2) Super responsive. Whether over email or text, we never needed to wait long for a response. 3) Knows how to negotiate and knows the market. She carefully guided us through the offer process and guided us on what pieces we could include or waive. Without her, we would absolutely still be looking.
