Kind, Insightful, Focused, Driven

Karen was absolutely wonderful. She is highly attentive; knowledgeable; VERY responsive - never waited more than 15min for a response from her, EVER; and patient. She knows a lot about the area she serves, including what neighborhoods tend to sell out fast. She never expressed frustration when I would adjust what I was looking for. Karen is very accepting, non-judgemental, kind, passionate, and highly adept at her job. I recommend her to anyone, especially those that are new to the area and very unfamiliar with it, yet trying to buy - that is the situation I was in.
