Karen is the best realtor with whom I have had the pleasure of working! It is very obvious she loves what she does and she treats her clients as if they were her family. We explained exactly what we needed in a home (long list) and she found us one that checked all of those boxes. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us make a competitive offer in a very hot (seller’s) market. Karen kept us informed about upcoming deadlines (home inspection, loan approval dates, etc) so that nothing was a surprise and we felt prepared and confident throughout the entire process. After closing Karen even called to make sure we had gotten all moved in and to check if there was anything more she could do/help with (WOW!). Karen really cares; what a great realtor (and friend)!
Karen is a friendly, understanding, and professional realtor who will find what you need whether buying or selling. She is highly attentive to contract stipulations and deadlines to keep everyone involved on track until the final closing. Karen sold me the house in 1994 and she was the obvious first choice to list the house for sale. Karen's knowledge of the beaches and Ponte Vedra are excellent. Karen performed a exhaustive market survey and provided that with her personal recommendations about market conditions and movement. Due to the nature of this sale involving a difficult, controlling co-owner, it was not going to be an easy one. Karen handled the difficult situations as a Pro and end the end she was a star. I wouldn't hesitate to use Karen again and would highly recommend her for her knowledge of the beaches and Ponte Vedra markets.
