Very knowledgeable and on top of things. Being a first time buyer I felt very comfortable and at ease while working with her. She was very friendly and worked hard to help me see the houses I wanted to see and was great at pointing out information regarding the properties.

Karen sold my mother-in-law her home several years ago so we contacted her to see if she could help my husband and I buy our first home. Since we were first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and wanted to see a decent amount of homes before we felt comfortable making an offer. Karen was extremely patient with us and helped us understand the whole process without making us feel like it was our first time. When walking into a home, Karen already knew everything about the house. She could tell us about the comps in the area, she'd point out everything good and bad in the home down to the tiniest detail and allowed us to formulate our own opinion on each house. We really had the sense that she was there to help us find the perfect home, not just make a quick sale. When it came time to making an offer on the home we really wanted, she helped us negotiate. She really surprised us with what a go getter she was and how hard she fought to get us the best deal possible vs. taking the easy route and settling. She backed up our offer with a ton of knowledge and unique angles that got us a really great deal. Not only is Karen amazing at her job, but she's a really great person. We felt she had our back through the entire process and really cared. She found and got us our dream home and we cannot thank her enough. We would highly recommend hiring Karen as your realtor!
