Karen Czarny

Karen’s excellant understanding of the market and specifically the community, helped me make confident decisions. Karen also understood that I needed special assistance due to me not being local. She was there when I couldn’t be. I’m very happy that I hired her to sell my Mother’s home.

Karen Czarny was the best of the best! She was there for me every step of the way in the process of selling our home. From the first time I met Karen, I knew she would be there for me every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, and wise in the process of making good decisions. Karen would return my calls right away, and be there for me during the entire process of selling our home. She is so well-respected in the world of Realtors, and very wise and supportive in the process of selling a home. Thank you Karen!

Karen is everything you hope for in an agent and more. Genuinely, I could not have asked for a better agent. She's on top of everything from the start, she even gave me reminders when I needed them. She's an expert, can answer any question I came up with. Is super familiar with the area, very thoughtful and knowledgeable on what needed to be done, and willing to help! She has the right contacts. She has talented people to refer to for painting and various fixes, and even was a go between, discussing paint options with the painter for example. She is very kind. Throughout the process of selling my Nana's house, I was always 100% sure she was on the same team as myself and my family, and even helped with emptying out the house while we were getting it ready. I've had a tough year in a lot of ways, and Karen made a huge difference in my experience with parting with my Nana's home.

Very informative, excellent communication, informed in comps, very professional

Karen was our realtor when we bought the townhouse we just sold! She did fabulous on both sales! She is so kind, knowledgeable and worked so hard for us. She kept in constant contact, keeping us up to date on every part. Was always available for questions making time and never rushing. Is incredibly wise and knows the market. We valued her insight both times. You will be so glad, like we have been that you have her as your agent! Extremely professional and knows how to negotiate to get you what you want. She truly is the best!

Highly recommend! Karen Czarny was responsive and professional from start to finish. Everything moved efficiently and we were able to close on our home much faster than expected. The entire process felt organized, easy, and well-managed.
