No matter how simple or... repetitive my questions and concerns were, no matter how confusing my schedule got Karen was always responsive and understanding. With the patience normally only reserved for Nuns, Therapists, and minor league baseball fans. She is the most professional person I have ever worked with in my life, and a true credit to her name and industries. Yes, she the most punctual person ever while working two jobs. Perfection.

My daughter was looking into purchasing a house in the Tampa region: her first such purchase. Alex had a couple of realtors in mind for me to meet, but as soon as I met Karen, there was no need to research further. Karen knew and seemed to comprehend exactly what we had in mind right away. She was never pushy, something I cannot tolerate in any type of sales person. Every house Karen took us to was suitable in one way or another, she obviously had assessed Alex's wants and needs very throughly. Once Alex saw 4627 Landscape Drive, she was smitten. I flew down to check it out and was likewise smitten!! Over my 75 years I have had various real estate dealings, some even with family members, and none of my experiences has been as satisfying or rewarding as ours with Karen Crotty. She is knowledgeable about any possible flaws that could or might exist. She does her homework extremely well! I more than appreciate all the time she spent with us, and her accomodation of my daughter's very tight work schedule. Karen's negotion skills were excellent, and so she managed to have alterations made to Alex's offer which improved the purchase considerably. The owner is also a realtor but was very cooperative as she was pleased to see her home go in the hands of someone who appreciated all the pluses: she had hated to leave the house but was transferred. When I am back in Tampa more, I hope to have some visits with Karen: she is a lovely and compassionate person who puts the best interest of others, before her own.
