It was an absolute pleasure working with Karen Copeland when selling our home in Victorville, in the Fall of 2021. Not only did we get top-dollar, she also assisted and advised us when dealing with our incredibly difficult tenants (who did not want to move out) in THE most professional way. Her years of experience shine through; additionally, she is friendly, patient, personable and down-to-earth—every attribute in one person—which is rare! Another important thing to note: as a military family, we accomplished selling our home while living out of state, and didn’t have to fly back for anything, saving us both time and money! Karen is so knowledgeable about what is currently happening in the housing market. She helped me buy my house seven years ago and now sell it. Wouldn’t have been able to do either without her!
