Karen was a rock while we were trying to purchase a new home while selling our old home! I honestly don't think we could have done it without her. She let us know what we needed to do, what our focus should be and helped guide us through a very tricky experience. Selling and buying is very stressful and no one should attempt it without a knowledgable realtor by their side. I'm so grateful we had Karen. Words can't express what a help she and her husband Bill were to us during the whole process.
