Unforgettable experience

Karen helped us through a rough market with intense over bidding and a process that made us feel defeated. Karen pushed us to take chances and to look at a home that we did not think was an option for us, but Karen knew better. We are so appreciative of Karen to push us through and encourage us to take a chance! It completely paid off and we are now in our dream home that is also in our small hometown! We also sold our home in 5 days with the help from Karen. Not to mention her knowledge on what’s going on in attics, basements, HVAC, and foundations gave us a realistic view of what a house needed or may need in the future. We looked at around 40-50 homes with Karen. We would have been lost without Karen’s knowledge in general. I will forever recommend Karen as a real estate agent to anyone in need to buy and/or sell.
