Outstanding

Karen did an outstanding job with a buy/sell that had many complications due to a major water damage/clean-up/repair process that in most instances would have postponed or cancelled the sale of the home and the purchase of the new home. She handled it with professionalism, thoughtfulness, and a priceless sense of humor in dealing with other realtors, insurance adjusters, contractors, and repair people. I am ever so grateful; it would not have happened without her expertise and common sense.
