We had try to sell ourselves but then had Karen list for us

We had try to sell ourselves but then had Karen list for us. She was very prompt and efficient. The house sold very quickly. Would recommend Karen Chiles.

Karen is an amazing person; say nothing about realtor

Karen is an amazing person; say nothing about realtor. She will be aggressive for you, and will be out in front of problems for you; she will call places, get people connected and make sure you have what you need to get into your new home or sell. We cannot recommend her enough.

We came to Karen after a bad experience with...

We came to Karen after a bad experience with another realtor. She was confident and reasurring. She kept in excellent contact with us and told us exactly what to do to get our house sold! We sold in 20 days!!!! Working with Karen was like working with a good friend!
