"This was a difficult sale, as it began with a tenant still occupying the property. The tenant was not cooperative at all. But, Karen was so patient and worked around her as best she could. When the tenant got unmanageable, Karen identified and recommended an eviction specialist. She handled all of the coordination to get the tenant out. Once the tenant vacated, Karen was on top of pushing the property. It was a few months wait overall (as the property lost FHA approval a month in to the process), but Karen quickly navigated around every hurdle, and got an offer on the house within a few weeks of the tenant vacating and re-listing the property.
