Karen was completely focused on finding the perfect new home for us! She listened thoughtfully to what we needed to have, and then refined our search based on comments we made about each house we saw. She is calm and relaxed in demeanor, but thoroughly expert in the details of home buying. She navigated us through the complicated details of closing, and responded immediately to our questions. All of this was accomplished long distance, with us traveling two and a half hours for each “showing marathon” and the closing. She even found us a terrific person to sell our out-of-area home!
