Karen, is an amazing realtor! She is always responsive day or night! She knows the Bham market well, and she has great relationships with many other realtors. She is quick to write up paperwork because she understands how quick the market moves. She thought of many things to look for in homes that I would never have even thought about. When you are with Karen, you are her top priority! I will definitely use her again, and have referred her to many of my friends.
