First time home buying

When I contacted Karen to become our realtor, she warmly welcomed us and immediately asked about our preferences, dislikes, must-haves, and deal breakers. From that point on, she stayed in regular contact, updating us through the home portal about properties we liked. As first-time homebuyers, we found the process overwhelming, but Karen noticed this and advised us to take breaks and process each home so it wouldn't be too much at once.
