Karen Briscoe is the best real estate agent I ever worked with. Karen is trustworthy, professional with excellent knowledge of the real estate market, fast to take actions, and very easy to work with. Karen impressed me on the first meeting. She gave me a binder (very well organized) with her thorough market analysis, historical real estate market data, and detail comp. My house was on market during the pandemic. It took the buyer three months to finally get loan approval. It's a challenging and stressful process.  Throughout the process Karen and Andy supported me every step of the way. Karen has a pleasant communication style which makes people feel comfortable and at ease to talk to her. She timely communicated with the buyer agent and kept me informed on each progress. Her talented partner Andy is also trustworthy, detail oriented and efficient! He inspected the entire house before buyer inspection and gave suggestions.  After inspection, Andy even helped to interview contractors and then worked with them to ensure the job was well done.  Karen and Andy made me feel that I'm not alone in this challenging and stressful process. Their diligence, comprehensive real estate knowledge, patience, and superb communication skills eventually helped us sell the house in this challenging market! I strongly recommend them to anyone!!
