Karen is amazing and made our first time home buying easy. She is Very knowledgeable about the houses in the area we were needing to be in. She went above & beyond what most do. Karen did her homework on houses that she was showing and also gave her opinion. She didn’t waste our time on things we didn’t want as well as she showed us pros and cons if we were questioning a place. Karen takes pride in her clients & worked very hard for us and was always working to find the one. If you need a reliable realtor that will be there for you every step of the way and not leave you hanging like some realtors do, than she is your woman.
Karen was the perfect realtor. Communication was off the charts. Everytime I called or sent her a quick text she was on top of it. As a first time homebuyer she was patient with me when explaining terms like Escrow, PMI, and Earnest Money. Searching for a place was incredibly simple. She would send me recommendations through an app or I could text her an address I was interested in seeing. Any documents needing to be signed only took a few taps. Way better than Scanning/faxing/copying and everything else. Once we found the right home, she submitted an offer on our behalf same day, and made sure I understood what steps I needed to take afterward. (Home inspections, negotiations, ect) The list of recommendations yet again made the process so easy... All the way up until closing day she kept in close contact...She also has a good sense of caring about your needs. I knew Karen truly wanted to make sure I was happy. Not just "Doing her job" Thanks again!!!
