Karen and Linda were great!

I wanted to sell my home without having to go through a realtor, but my son convinced me to talk to Karen, whom he knew in another context. When I met with Karen and her RE partner, Linda, I was immediately comfortable with them. They assured me that in addition to people wanting a home to move into, they also dealt with many investors who would not require me to make any repairs. In fact, they told me that if I wanted to, I could walk out with "nothing but your toothbrush". They worked diligently to find the right buyer for my home. They also acted as my agents in the purchase of my new home. They found the perfect condo, guided me though all the intricacies of buying real estate. Now I have moved from a large property that required a lot of maintenance to a "right size" condo closer to my children. I would happily recommend this duo to anyone who is either buying or selling.
