I wanted to sell my home without having to go through a realtor, but my son convinced me to talk to Karen, whom he knew in another context. When I met with Karen and her RE partner, Linda, I was immediately comfortable with them. They assured me that in addition to people wanting a home to move into, they also dealt with many investors who would not require me to make any repairs. In fact, they told me that if I wanted to, I could walk out with "nothing but your toothbrush". They worked diligently to find the right buyer for my home. They also acted as my agents in the purchase of my new home. They found the perfect condo, guided me though all the intricacies of buying real estate. Now I have moved from a large property that required a lot of maintenance to a "right size" condo closer to my children. I would happily recommend this duo to anyone who is either buying or selling.

Karen did an outstanding job selling our property in Palm Desert. She had excellent knowledge of the market and kept us updated. Any questions we had, she immediately got back to us with all the information we needed. After each open house, Karen reached out to all the agents for feedback. That helped us determine what steps we should take to sell the property. Karen had a great rapport with our future buyer that made communications quick resulting in a carefree sale. We also had an estate sale where she showed up to help us out. Don't see many agents go above and beyond like that. I would highly recommend her as your next Realtor.
