Karen was absolutely amazing to work with. She was sweet, friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were Comfortable and Relaxed the whole way through. From the very beginning to the very end she was by our side every step of the way! She is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate and was able to answer so many of the questions that we had!!! (And, we had many!!) We selected an area to look at condos. Karen had made a list of 5 units and we went to look at them all in the same day. We were not crazy about what we saw. We then suggested an alternate town nearby. Once again Karen made a list of 5-6 units that was suitable for our quest and within our price range; to no avail. Realizing that it was going to be more difficult than we expected ; Karen made a list locally she felt was exactly what we were looking for. Sure enough we found the perfect home. It was exactly what we had envisioned; so we made an offer on the spot. The seller counter offered and we met near the middle. Strange enough we ended up bonding with Karen and the sellers realtor. Karen found us our perfect unit. She never gave up and was willing to run anytime of day or night. Needless to say successfully closed in less than 3 months from start to finish. Now maybe she can help me pay the mortgage for the next 30 years. {:>)
