If you are looking to sell, she will get the most for your house because she knows what it's worth and knows how to use all the marketing tools to ensure you have maximum interest in your home. If there are things you can do to increase the value of your house or help it sell quicker, Karen will let you know. Trust me you will constantly have people wanting to view your house. If you are looking to purchase a house, Karen and her team will ensure you get the home you are looking for. When you decide on a house to view, usually it's Aaron who will show it for you. He is very knowledgeable about things to look for and can answer any question you have about the house. He will allow you to look without pressuring you or trying to persuade you in any way. He will point out issues he sees however, but will do so in a manner to inform you so you can make the best decision about the property. I'm a very picky home buyer.
