She was the listing agent and the selling agent. She was fair and honest with both sides. The transaction was easy and smooth. We then had her list our current home. She came in and rearranged a few things to stage the house. The pictures that were taken made the home look enticing. It sold in one day. She has so many connections. There were changes we wanted to make with the new house. She gave us recommendations for flooring contractors, painters, handymen, etc. She was so much fun to work with.
