Karen is BY FAR the best realtor in the state of Oklahoma (and anywhere else)!! We tried to sell our home unsuccessfully for two years before signing with Karen in January. This was a large, $425k home in a city with a glut of homes in this price range. By May, we had had THREE offers - two full price offers that fell through because the buyers were unreasonable and then another offer that worked great. So that means our house was off the market for two of those five months in negotiations! Karen gave us GREAT advice, was fun to work with, has a great sense of humor and her team is fantastic!! If you want to sell your home, call Karen! UPDATE - SHE HELPED US BUY A HOME TOO: Karen is the most incredible realtor in Oklahoma! She was our realtor for a home we just purchased. Throughout, she provided the best possible advice and it resulted in a great deal for us. For example - our inspector told us the roof on the home was fine. Karen cautioned us not to rely on this and she sent her roof inspector to the home. The result? Our 11 year old home will soon be getting a NEW ROOF purchased by the seller's insurance!! This is typical of Karen - she's got more experience than anyone out there. Another example: the seller didn't have a realtor, or at least one who would give advice. So, the seller relied on Karen and Karen willingly helped the seller understand the process, ultimately keeping the sale on track. And the seller thanked Karen profusely at the end of the deal!
