We hired Karen based on a recommendation from a friend. She was polite and friendly. She facilitated the entire process and answered all of our questions. She took us to various neighborhoods in the Sacramento area and helped us work through what we were actually looking for. Although we ended up buying from a friend, we still chose Karen to represent us because of her professionalism, tenacity, and kindness. We are now in an excellent home for a great price and everything worked out great because of Karen.
