Karen was an outstanding agent to work with. She fielded all of my questions, regardless of how many I had or how simple they may have been. She was patient, thoughtful, and professional through every aspect of me buying my first home. The biggest thing I appreciated was knowing how much she fought for my side of the deal to get me the best outcome. In the end I came out getting my home for $15k under the original asking price, and Karen managed our escrow to an early closing. If you want an agent that will walk with you in answering all of your questions, but someone who will always fight for your best outcome in a deal, Karen should be at the top of your list of agent considerations. I would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family, and would not consider another agent for my future transactions.
