Karen was an absolute gem! My husband and I unexpectedly found out we needed to vacate our rental with less than 90 days notice and in a panic I went to Zillow and was connected with Karen. She called me right away and was extremely helpful from the start. We were able to find something we love in our tight timeframe. Karen was very patient with us while we were figuring out what exactly we were looking for. She was always very responsive and answered all our questions with her range of expertise. Should we never need to move again we will definitely work with Karen.
