Karen is a kind person and a thorough, persistent real estate agent! I looked at houses in several different counties and in various conditions for investment purposes. She happily showed every one I wanted to see no matter what the condition or where it was. When there were problems getting the HOA to provide documents on the one I wanted she persisted with calls to agencies and neighbors and researched records to get the answer and paperwork. (No easy task since even the residents were divided on the status of the HOA.) She also pursued the Title Agency when their documents were not yet ready for closing. Because of her persistence, closing went ahead as scheduled. I also appreciate that Karen let me know her opinion on property but never pressured me to choose any particular one. Buying a house has enough pressure inherent to the process so having a pleasant, competent agent is a blessing.
