Karen took on an extremely difficult situation. Before I met her, I didn't think my home would ever get sold. Her persistence and tenacity are the only reason she was able to successfully accomplish a seemingly impossible situation. Highly recommend!!!
I have bought four houses and it can be a very stressful situation, out of all the houses I bought Karen was hands-down the most helpful realtor I have come across. She always answer my phone calls and if not got back to me promptly. When I buy another house I would definitely be contacting her.
