Karen Anderson is the most talented Real Estate Agent. Her knowledge of South Florida Real Estate is second to none. When given our price range for the property we wanted to buy, Karen showed us the best homes for our price range. She showed us the inns and outs of the Florida market pointing to key features to look for In buying a home. Karen worked 24-7 for us and when we found our home to buy, she worked diligently to negotiate price and virtually got the Seller to agree in a quick and timely manner. Karen took the time to speak with us before showing us our first home. She knew exactly what we were looking for and did not waste our time in looking at certain houses for sale.
