When we started our home search, we were not serious about moving. We were going to remodel and add to our current home. A house came on the market that caught our attention. I can't say enough about what a fantastic experience I had working with Karen and Steve. They walked me through the entire experience step by step, and were always available to answer any questions I may have had. As a first time home seller, I was immeasurably grateful for the fantastic personal service they provided. They even worked through the one weekend they were going to take off (from across the whole country) so that we could get the house into Escrow. Once we realized we were ready to buy another home, they were there. After several months of searching, we found that perfect home.
