Karen helped the reviewer sell this property

Outstanding ringmaster of the entire real estate process from listing to handing over the keys!

Karen is simply amazing! She is an outstanding communicator, efficiently keeping buyer candidates, sellers, other listing agents, HOAs, inspectors, mortgage brokers and everyone else well informed about the property, loans, inspections and all the nitty gritty required for a home sale. She kept us infomred of all the needs so that we could address them and she was also great at answering difficult questions our buyers presented. Her market knowledge is top notch and well informed. She could easily advise us on where to go with pricing and how to make favorable counteroffers which she skillfully negotiated. She remained the consummate professional and we'd gladly employ her for any future real estate transactions! She is also calm, friendly, and thorough...traits which make it easy to work with her.
