Kareem had two major challenges: (1) A home that needed a lot of attention as it bordered on being a fixer-upper and (2) A tenant who got in the way of Kareem's sales efforts more times than Kareem and the owners should have had to deal with. Kareem was able to overcome the issues with tenant in a very professional manner. As to the condition of the house, Kareem was able to mitigate many of the concerns that prospective buyers had as to the physical condition. Kareem's knowledge of the Chatsworth real estate market also aided him in bringing about a successful sale in a time frame that was very acceptable to the sellers and at the listing price. Kareem was in constant communication with the owner(s) and owner's representative almost on a daily basis to keep them updated on everything related to the property, the tenant and the sale. I would not hesitate to use Kareem in the future should the opportunity arise.

Kareem was patient, Knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process of selling my house. He made sure I knew what was going on throughout every step of the way and when I couldn’t understand something on the paperwork he would thoroughly explain everything. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a realtor who puts all his time and effort into his clients.
