One style, floor plan, needs do not fit all.
We were almost 2 years into our search. Other realtors had come and gone. However, when we met Karee we were NEVER pressured. Karee was always approachable, had patience and genuine interested in our personal goals and feedback. The way she carried herself, interacted with us, the working relationship got better and better. Each of us got more knowledgeable as we each really listened, explored the LONG term responsibilities of home ownership. The weekly, seasonal and YES the big ticket items that WILL come along. Together with Crey at Mountain Mortgage we each learned the reality and almost EVERY aspect (and some red flags); pride of ownership and what that cost and how to manage nuances. “Life skills” and learning are life long as things change so quickly. As we made our decisions to submit offer(s). Our preferences in inspection(s), RADON levels, plumbing etc were RESPECTED. After all, if we “agree” to move forward and anything needed to be done urgently or later we wanted to have the option of taking on those things or walking away. As we knew certain things were beyond our own abilities and would have the added cost of hiring out/labor etc.
With Karee we felt confident in the appropriate home choice for us.
Karee, than you for your stamina in exploring with us, hanging in there and allowing us to be us.
We also realize that Karee had an even tougher job when navigating negotiations with other unrealistic realtors/Sellers. Which forced us also to walk away from making offer(s). To no fault of Karee. We kept our morels and integrity.
