WOW - What an experience....

Selling our home in the US, and as a Canadian not knowing what to expect was frightening to say the least, but when I stumbled upon Karan Wienker and her team of 3 (Mon and Son) i didn't know what to expect, but after having a 1st time very long conversation with her I knew 100% we were in the right hands. She took control of the entire process from A to Z and she ran with it and never looking back. NOT only did our home sell, but we sold for over asking, and we sold in one day of our open house. We had 3 viable offers, and she landed the best one for us, it was mind blowing. Our open house was beyond words, and she knocked it out of the park with her staging skills, the house looked FANTASTIC... She was there from start to finish, and when i say start to finish i mean from our very 1st call to a text message 10 days after we closed and came back home to Canada to just see how we were... People, we need more agents like her her in Canada and im jealous that Florida has her... Karan, from my family to yours THANK YOU:)
