Living 4,000+ miles away from the property and unable to physically meet due to COVID-19 required selecting a realtor via word of mouth - we couldn’t have chosen better. We then had a video call whilst Karan was in the home, so that we could agree the next step - all done professionally and to suit us (5 hour time difference).
