Kara Philippou

Kara and I worked together for a long time to find exactly what I was looking for, including location. Kara was very patient and always took the extra time needed to look at homes I wanted to see and would explain the pros and cons to each neighborhood. I didn't have a large budget , she was able to find me the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, totally rehabbed condo that I was looking for.

The most awesome home buying experience ever! Her attention to detail and responsiveness is greatly appreciated. Kara paid attention to me and knew what I would like. Great to work with

Kara is awesome. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She is also open and honest. The other agent we worked with was also very impressed with her initial presentation of the offer and the thoroughness of corroborating paper work. I am happy to give her a 5 star review....and better.
