I can honest say that Kara is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. We relocated to Atlanta and knew nothing about the city/surrounding suburbs. Facing a tight timeline and dealing with out of state clients, she delivered fantastic results. She is the hardest working soul in the real estate business. She listened to our wants/needs and was a fierce negotiator when it came down to price. We're now living in our dream house thanks to her expertise and swift actions. Not to mention, she has fantastic contacts when it comes to mortgage and insurance people. Take my word for it, hire this woman then sit back and watch her work her magic. You will be in awe of her abilities.

Kara did a great job with multiple offers and juggling negotiations. She is very knowledgeable about the area and appreciated the uniqueness of our situation. She was caring and diligent throughout and got it done for a fair and reasonable price. highly recommended to all atlanta sellers.

Kara was fantastic to work with in this competitive market. She's very well connected and was able to get us under contract on a standout house before it hit the market. She has a great eye and paid attention to what we liked and didn't. She was very responsive and went above and beyond doing research for us. Her bottom line was making sure we were happy with our decision and the house we selected. I would highly recommend working with her.

As an investor, I've worked with Kara as a buyer and a seller. I love Kara's energy, knowledge and enthusiasm. They are all really great characteristic traits to have working for you.

This is my second purchase with Kara by my side. I simply cannot use other agents. Kara is so ontop of her game that it's a genuine waste of your time, energy and money to go elsewhere! Trade in your lazy, dishonest realtor for a woman who is passionate about providing 5 star service from start to finish. I dare you to find a better agent servicing Atlanta......

Kara is a true professional with some hidden talents that you will not find in most realtors! If you are serious about getting your home sold, give her a call. Her passion for excellence and market knowledge will be evident from that first call. I will definitely continue working with Kara for my real estate needs!
