Five stars are simply not enough to rate my experience working with Kara Kreszl. From the moment we decided to list with her until the moment closing was over, she went above and beyond every step of the way. My sister and I were faced with task of selling our parents' home. Every step of the way Kara helped us with how to get started, how to have the house ready, what steps we had to take with the township, etc. Having her assistance and guidance helped tremendously, especially since we had never sold a house before. She was always available for any questions, or if there was something we didn't know what to do. Her attention to detail and always being there for us was amazing. I truly believe that if we hadn't listed with her and followed her advice and suggestions we wouldn't have sold the house as quickly as we did. She is one of a kind and I would highly recommend her.

Kara was phenomenal! She was always on time, knew answers to all of our questions or followed up soon after with information. She clearly had our best interests front and center and was very transparent with us. We had no idea where we wanted to live and she showed us as many properties as we could fit in during our appointments. We ended up getting our final offer accepted around 11:30pm on a Friday night! She was always flexible with her hours when we needed her :)
